Roger Cheeks is a nationally respected educator, ministry leader, and public servant who currently serves as Director of Outreach for the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews, an organization globally recognized for building bridges between Christians and Jews, blessing Israel, and providing lifesaving humanitarian aid around the world.

With more than three decades of leadership in higher education, Roger Cheeks has served in senior roles at Indiana State University and Regent University, including Chaplain, Director of Campus Ministries, and Founding Athletic Director. His commitment to service also led him into public office, where he made history as the first African American elected official in the 127-year history of Terre Haute, Indiana—a distinction that reflects both courage and conviction.

His leadership and influence have been nationally recognized, including being named in the early 90’s by Ebony Magazine as one of America’s 50 Young Leaders of Tomorrow. Pastor Cheeks is also a sought-after international speaker whose message transcends racial, denominational, and cultural boundaries, with ministry and leadership engagements across the United States, Israel, Africa, India, and the United Kingdom.
